Workmanship Warranty
We provide a 12-Month Limited Workmanship Warranty on labor performed by our company, beginning on the date of substantial project completion.

GC Buildtruction LLC stands behind the quality of its workmanship.
This warranty covers defects resulting directly from our workmanship under normal residential use.
If a covered workmanship issue occurs during the warranty period, GC Buildtruction LLC will inspect the issue and, if determined to be covered, repair the affected workmanship at no additional labor cost.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, accidents, or lack of maintenance.
- Manufacturer defects in products or materials.
- Materials supplied by the customer.
- Natural disasters, flooding, fire, storms, or other Acts of God.
- Structural movement or foundation settlement.
- Existing conditions not visible before construction.
- Modifications or repairs performed by others after project completion.
Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the product manufacturer.
Warranty requests should be submitted promptly after discovering an issue.
GC Buildtruction LLC reserves the right to inspect any claimed defect before performing warranty work.
