Terms & Conditions

1. Estimates

All estimates are provided free of charge unless otherwise specified.

Our estimates are based on the visible conditions of the project at the time of inspection. Hidden conditions such as water damage, mold, structural deficiencies, code violations, or concealed utility issues may require additional labor or materials and may result in a change order.

Estimates remain valid for 20 days unless otherwise stated.

2. Project Scope

Our proposals include only the work specifically listed in the approved estimate.

Any additional work requested after approval will require a written Change Order and may affect the project price and schedule.

3. Scheduling

Projects are scheduled after the required deposit has been received.

Scheduling is based on crew availability, weather conditions, material availability, permit approvals, and unforeseen circumstances.

Although we strive to complete every project on schedule, completion dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required before scheduling most projects.

Payment schedules will be outlined in the approved proposal.

Final payment is due upon substantial completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide safe access to the work area.

• Remove personal belongings when requested.

• Secure pets during working hours.

• Ensure utilities such as electricity and water are available if required.

• Notify GC Buildtruction LLC of any known hidden issues before work begins.

6. Materials

Customers may choose to provide materials or have GC Buildtruction LLC purchase them.

We cannot warranty materials supplied by the customer.

Material availability may affect scheduling.

7. Permits

When required, permits will be obtained as agreed within the proposal.

Permit fees are included only if specifically listed.

8. Change Orders

Any modification to the original project scope must be approved before work begins.

Additional labor, materials, inspections, or unforeseen site conditions may require additional charges.

9. Jobsite Conditions

While every effort is made to protect the property, remodeling work naturally creates dust, noise, and temporary inconveniences.

We take reasonable precautions to protect finished areas throughout the project.

10. Limitation of Liability

GC Buildtruction LLC shall not be responsible for:

• Pre-existing structural issues

• Hidden water damage

• Mold

• Termite damage

• Underground utilities not properly identified

• Defects caused by previous workmanship

unless specifically included within the project scope.

11. Photography

We may photograph completed projects for quality control and marketing purposes.

No personal information will be shared without the homeowner's permission.

12. Right to Stop Work

GC Buildtruction LLC reserves the right to suspend work for:

• Unsafe working conditions

• Non-payment

• Customer-requested delays

• Conditions beyond our control

13. Acceptance

Approval of any proposal constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
