Booking Deposit & Payment Terms

Scope review

Your submission creates a work request, not a guaranteed appointment. We review the selected services, property address, safety, access, service area, and whether the requested work fits the plan before approval.

Booking deposit

Stripe collects only the booking deposit displayed at checkout. Materials, permits, specialty trades, and work outside the selected plan are not included unless agreed in writing. When materials are needed, they are invoiced separately through Jobber before work begins.

Project completion and remaining balance

The remaining plan balance is not due at scope approval. After the project is finished, GC Buildtruction creates the final balance invoice in Jobber. Scheduling is confirmed separately.

Refunds and cancellation

We refund the deposit if we decline the scope or service address. You may cancel for a deposit refund until the work is scheduled. After scheduling, the cancellation and rescheduling terms confirmed with your appointment apply.

Changes and extra work

Extra time, materials, or work outside the approved selections requires your approval and may be billed separately. Hidden or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling, a revised scope, or cancellation and refund.

Payments and privacy

Stripe processes deposits and balances under its applicable terms. GC Buildtruction does not store complete payment-card details. See our Privacy Policy and general Terms & Conditions.
